About us

We are Anna Aguadé and Laura Puente, two first-year Open Degree students from the University Pompeu Fabra (UPF) in Barcelona. Anna has studied subjects from the Journalism, Global Studies, Human Biology and Criminology degrees; and Laura has studied subjects from the International Business Economics, Global Studies, Human Biology and Criminology degrees.

We are interested in the Oceania region because the challenges  it faces mainly emanate from economical and environmental factors. Such combination of science and socioeconomics resonates with our multidisciplinary interests reflected in Open Degree.
